Is a Chrisitan still a sinner? 基督徒仍是罪人嗎？

Let me say it this way. A Christian will sin from time to time. John says that if we say we have no sin then we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us (1John 1:8).

讓我這樣說吧。 基督徒會時不時犯罪。 約翰說，我們若說自己無罪，便是自欺，真理不在我們心裡了（約翰一書1：8）。

Now, also we need to understand 1 John 3:6. This " sinneth not" means a practice of sin; in other words living a sinful life . The King James version puts an "eth" at the end of verbs to show continuing action of the Greek verb. So it means a continual sinning. 

1 Jn 3:6 (KJV)  Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

現在，我們也需要理解約翰一書3:6，其中這種“犯罪”意味著犯罪的實行；換句話說，“過著罪惡的生活”。 英王钦定本在動詞的末尾放了一個“eth”，以顯示希臘語動詞的持續動作。 因此，這意味著持續的犯罪。

So, a Christian will sin and when he sins he is a sinner. But he/she is God's child and as he/she walks in the light, Jesus' blood cleanses (1John 1: 7). So a Christian sins but he is not a sinner in the sense of one who lives in sin or like a non-Christian who is still completely in sin. Hope that helps and is not confusing.
