##  Introduction  前言 Many Christians today either misunderstand the Holy Spirit as merely a mystical feeling, or reduce Him to nothing more than the written words of Scripture. To Know About Ourselves  幫助我們認識自己 We must know where we came from, why we are here, and where we are going. 我們必須知道我們從哪裡來、為什麼在這裡、以及將往哪裡去。 “Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. 什麼情況下，需要「悔改才能饒恕」？ When Is Repentance Required for Forgiveness? 關鍵不在感覺，而在真理與次序。 The key is not feelings, but truth and order. 一、判準：不是我多受傷，而是是否違反真理  Criterion   : Not how hurt I feel, but whether truth is violated 受傷是提醒，不是標準。 標準是對方是否有「不義」（不尊重、羞辱、欺騙、逃避責任）。 Hurt is a signal, not the standard.
