原諒不是一種便宜的情緒安慰，而是一種有界線又有恩典的決定。

聖經中的「原諒」有兩種希臘字：

χαρίζομαι (charizomai) — 心態上的饒恕

來自「恩典」（χάρις），意思是願意白白饒恕、出於愛與恩慈放下，即使對方還未悔改，我也選擇不懷恨。

是我們裡面先被神的愛觸摸後，給出的寬容態度。

「要彼此恩慈…彼此饒恕（charizomai）…如同神在基督裡饒恕你們一樣。」（弗4:32）

ἀφίημι (aphiēmi) — 行動上的赦免

意思是釋放、赦免、取消罪責或債務。這種赦免通常是在對方悔改之後，才發生的關係恢復與清算。

✧ 是神對悔改者的赦罪，也是我們對悔改者的接納。

「你若不悔改，就不能得赦（aphiēmi）…」參見路加福音17:3

我學會：

我可以先用 charizomai 的心放下不原諒的重擔，但要等對方真心悔改，才進入 aphiemi 的復和。

這樣的愛既有恩典，也有真理。

Forgiveness is not emotional weakness, but a wise choice of love with boundaries.

 charizomai – heart’s attitude of grace

Freely choosing to let go, even before the other repents. This is what sets me free from bitterness.

 aphiēmi – actual release of guilt

Forgiveness that restores relationship, but only after genuine repentance.

 Like God’s forgiveness: full of grace, but never without truth.
