在靈與真理中敬拜 Worship in Spirit and Truth（約翰福音 John 4:24）

「神是靈，所以拜祂的，必須用心靈和誠實拜祂。」

“God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

一、什麼是「在靈裡」What does “in spirit” mean?

「在靈裡」不是單指情感真誠，而是指從內心出發、出於正確態度，並且按照神所啟示的方式來敬拜。

“In spirit” does not merely mean sincerity or emotion. It refers to worship that comes from the heart with the right attitude, while aligning with God’s revealed way.

因此，「在靈裡」排除了兩種錯誤：沒有心的空洞儀式，以及沒有根據的自創敬拜。

Thus, it excludes both empty ritualism and self-designed practices without biblical authority.

真誠不是隨意，真心仍需受真理約束。

Sincerity does not justify innovation; the heart must submit to truth.

二、什麼是「在真理中」What does “in truth” mean?

「在真理中」就是按照神已啟示的話語來敬拜，也就是根據新約，而不是人的傳統或舊約制度。

“In truth” means worship must conform to God’s revealed Word—specifically the New Testament, not human traditions or Old Covenant practices.

神沒有把敬拜交給人的創意，而是交給祂的啟示。

God did not leave worship to human creativity, but to divine revelation.

三、新約是實體，舊約是影子 New Covenant = Reality; Old Covenant = Shadow

舊約敬拜偏重外在形式，是「影子」；新約因基督成就救恩，敬拜進入屬靈的「實體」。

Old Testament worship emphasized physical forms and was a “shadow”; with Christ, New Testament worship is the reality—spiritual and fulfilled.

因此，我們不再回到影子，而是照新約的實體來敬拜。

Therefore, we do not return to the shadow, but follow the New Covenant reality.

四、新約敬拜的五個行動 The Five Acts of New Testament Worship

新約啟示教會敬拜包含五個行動：唱詩、禱告、主的晚餐、奉獻、講道／教導。

The New Testament reveals five acts of worship: Singing, Prayer, The Lord’s Supper, Giving, and Preaching/Teaching.

這些不是選項，而是神所授權的內容。

These are not optional, but authorized by God.

神已說明內容，人無權增減。

God has specified; man has no authority to add or subtract.

五、為什麼不使用舊約的敬拜元素（如樂器）Why not use Old Testament practices (e.g., instrumental music)?

舊約的樂器敬拜屬於影子的一部分；新約只授權「唱」，沒有授權樂器。

Instrumental music belonged to the Old Covenant shadow; the New Testament authorizes only singing.

因此，若要在真理中敬拜，就不能加入神未授權的內容。

To worship in truth, we must not add what God has not authorized.

沉默不是許可。

Silence does not equal permission.
